Shipping policy

1. Delivery Timelines:

• Ready to ship: 7–10 working days.

2. Duties and Taxes: The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. We cannot predict or control these charges.

3. Delays: If an order exceeds initial estimates due to supplier issues or delays, please allow extra time for fulfilment. International shipments may also take longer due to customs import checks.

4. Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the resulting courier costs to return the package.
